Yes, you can go in for MBA after MCA. This decision should depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then an MBA may not be of much help to you. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then MCA/ M.Sc. ( IT) is better, However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

You could go for BBA. And if you have MBA, it would be somewhat have higher scope of getting jobs. Or, you may take both (Integrated) in one institute.
