MBA and M.Tech, both will offer you what you are looking for (good job with good pay). However, the choice should be based upon your interest rather than the money earned because five-six years down the line, you will be earning enough, but your job should be motivating enough to get you to work everyday. So, take a decision based upon your area of interest. M.Tech will provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge further in the field that you are currently in. You get a chance to explore and dig deeper into concepts that intrigued you in your graduation. Your technical skills are enhanced and you can become a subject matter expert in your field. MBA offers a chance to understand the business and economic aspect of organisations. You can learn about the different wheels in the business's chariot and can take up one as your intended specialisation based upon your interest. It does offer a faster growth trajectory. But it depends upon your performance and level of interest shown. So, you need to decide which path to take. Money will be a secondary requirement once you get going in either.
