For MBA, based on the entrance exams and the marks you score, you'll be able to decide which college you want to opt for. IBS as a college is good. The faculty, the infrastructure, the facilities and the placements are pretty decent. Also, you can try for Narsee Monji, Symbiosis, Xavier's and other few colleges while applying.

It's only my view and I am talking in current job scenarios. Unless, you do M.Tech or MBA from top universities. It doesn't matter what you do. If you are not interested in teaching field, there is no point doing M.Tech. It reduces your job chances by 70 percent. Very few companies offer jobs for candidates with M.Tech degree. If you don't get admitted in a top university, your best option is to go for a relevant job and do Masters (M.Tech or MBA) after a year or so based on the field, you are experienced in. It will be a great boost for your career.
Good luck!

Lets think over your query, M.Tech or MBA, both are completely opposite. One takes you to specialised domain in your Technical subjects you studied in B.Tech and other onc can move you to completely different field which requires fresh understanding and knowledge over several business related stuff. M.Tech
