Hello Bhuvesh,
Yes, you can do MBA after BCA. Any graduate can go for MBA, if he or she scores 50% marks at the graduation time. You can apply for CAT for getting admission in good colleges.

The approximate cut off for MMS is 96 percentile for both the years.
However, the cut offs vary during the Cap rounds.
And for CAT, it is around 94 percentile.

Greetings,
The timings for MMS are generally from 8.30 am to 6,30 pm from Monday to Saturday.
It might differ sometimes.
