MBA will get you a job only in management. MCA will get you a job in the field of IT Development. Both have equal scope in a company. I would suggest taking MCA lateral entry or 2 year MCA programme and doing a job. After that puruse PGDM if you want.

Yes, you can pursue MBA after B.A. However, you need to ensure that you have scored minimum 50% marks at graduation level as its the qualifying mark for MBA admission. You are also required to clear CAT admission test) with a high percentile score to get admission into a good institute. A MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. However, keeping you interest areas in mind you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of ones interest areas are much higher.

The business schools will accept you. There is no age bar for Management studies. Now the choice is all yours. Weigh your options and then decide. If you are failing in government exams by a very small margin then you should continue preparing for it. Or else, take admission in a course.
