If you really want do MBA integrated programme, then I will suggest you to go for IIM Indore and NIRMA University as you can go for marketing or any stream but you must have a interest in that.

Hello,
Yes, you can go for dual degree in MBA but for that, you must first complete you current MBA. Then, go for the other or you can also change it in the first year if the college allows.
