Hello, No, you cannot go for third year exams. You have to take a start again, because rules says that you must clear your first year and second year exam, or met the criteria to sit in exam for third year. Regards.

You need to score 95+ percentile in your cat exam IIM A, as your rest of academic are fine and fitting the eligibility criteria for IIM.

There are no tuition fees for any students at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich. There are, however, the following two fees to be paid per semester. To be very honest, the score is quite low but if you are good at your communication skills and are confident enough in your GD-PI and have somewhat consistent marks throughout your academics, you will get in. Also a work experience would help (if more than a year of it).
