Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management offers a total of four courses at PG, doctoral and MDP levels in the field of Management, namely MBA, E-MBA, PhD and MDP. Out of these, two-year MBA is the flagship programme of SJMSOM. The two-year flagship MBA programme is available across nine specialisations. Placements: Roughly, 80 percent of a batch gets placed. Over 400 companies come here to tale campus placements every year and the average package is somewhere around 17 L per annum. The highest packages are offered by the HFT companies coming for quant researcher roles. The package may vary from few Lacs to 1.2-1.3 crore per annum.
Infrastructure: The academic infrastructure is built exceptionally well. All the lecture halls/classes and buildings are air conditioned. Some departments are old but still very well maintained. ...
Placements: Placements were good in our college, and professors were also helpful. The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 22 LPA to 27 LPA. It depends on students and they will get easily internships anywhere in the world.
Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi was average. The speed was fine because most student use college Wi-Fi at the same time but laboratories, classroom, and library were very good. The facilities were good but students can get problem with food...
Placements: There was an increase of 5% in the average salary package, i.e., it was increased to 21.96 LPA when compared to the previous year. The highest salary package offered was 32.8 LPA. There were offers from 16 new recruiters. Top participants were Bristlecone, GEP, Synergy Consulting, TresVista and ZS Associates, among others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available here includes right from a full-size tennis court to an Olympic-sized swimming pool, gymnasium, sports ground and many more. The good thing is that the library is well stocked. If there is a shortage of any book, you always have access to the IITB central library, which has every journal, book and subscription you would need. Placements: About 50 students have studied with me during this course. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies here were Reliance Industries, Tata Sons and Wipro. About 98% of students got internships, and the companies which offered internships were Wipro and Reliance Industries. Top roles offered in our course were product manager, operation executive and project developer in marketing.

Placements: My college placements are 100%. All the students are placed with very good packages. The average package offered is 18.0 lacs. The recruiting companies are PNG, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and many more. All the students got an internship.
Infrastructure: The campus of our college is full of greenery and amazing. Wi-Fi available everywhere on the college campus. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned. A vast collection of books is found In the library. Hostels are very good all the facility are available in hostel.
SJMSOM Scholarships 2023
SJMSOM offers a wide range of scholarships to students. On the basis of students’ performance in the semester exams, 20% of the students are beneficiaries of the scholarships which come from multiple endowment funds. In addition to this, a few other SJMSOM scholarships are available centrally from IIT Bombay. Another special provision is for SC and ST candidates, who are exempted from paying the tuition fees as a part of the scholarship programme. In addition to the academic scholarships, SJMSOM also offers a few fellowships to the PhD students. Based on the qualifications of the students, they are entitled to a stipend amount ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 28,000 per month during their course.
SJMSOM Infrastructure
SJMSOM offers state-of-the-art laboratories, well-built classrooms and a library with over 6,600 book titles and approximately 514 thesis and dissertations. In addition to this, separate hostels are also provided for girls and boys at SJMSOM.

SJMSOM IIT Bombay MBA Eligibility
Graduation Degree holder in any subject from a recognised University or Institution. Minimum 60% marks secured in the qualifying examination. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category should have a minimum of 55% marks secured in the final examination. Appearing candidates can also apply for admission. CA/ICWA with a first-class Bachelors degree in any discipline having secured 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) in aggregate. Stage 1: Minimum sectional cut-off in CAT. The candidate will be shortlisted based on the performance in CAT.

NIFT entrance examination is Institutional based examination which will only help you to get into NIFT whereas UCEED is a common Entrance Examination which is accepted by many design colleges and universities. To get admitted into any IIMss or any Top MBA colleges in India, the minimum CAT 2022 cutoff is expected to be 90 percentile. Those who secured the 99+ percentile can apply to top Iims like IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, IIM Calcutta, and IIM Kozhikode. Hope it helps.
