The two-year SJMSOM MBA course is organised into eight terms. In the first year (first four terms), students acquire knowledge on all the disciplines of management through 23 rigorous courses. All the academic courses require case studies, course projects and research by students, which provide exposure to the latest practices in the industry. SJMSOM offers a wide range of scholarships to students. On the basis of students’ performance in the semester exams, 20% of the students are beneficiaries of the scholarships which come from multiple endowment funds. Candidate seeking admission to the MBA programme at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay must take the CAT exam as SJMSOM inducts candidates for the MBA programme based on a valid score in CAT. Candidates having valid minimum CAT overall and section wise percentile as mentioned in the cut-off list released by the SJMSOM, IIT Bombay will be shortlisted for Personal Interview (PI) round. The final merit list for candidates selected for the MBA programme at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay will be based on candidate’s composite score of different parameters whose weightage are given below:

Yes, it necessary to have overall as well section wise CAT percentile above the closing percentile mentioned in the SJMSOM cut-off list for admission to the flagship MBA programme. According to the cut-off list released by SJMSOM, IIT Bombay for the year 2022. The minimum overall CAT percentile required for admission to the MBA programme was 90. Also, the minimum section wise CAT percentile was 50. Candidates based on their CAT percentile will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round.
Yes, definitely for BTech students placements are too good and very well paid. First of all they trained the students very well and keep it ready for the industries and also all top recruitments such as GEP, HUL, Google, Accenture, Cargill, etc.visits the campus and mostly all students are get placed at the campus itself and it was heard that there was more raise was there in placements of B.Tech and Masters students over there.
