Yes you can get into Iims. You should score 98 + percentile at the CAT and also perform well at the PI. Join specialised coaching for CAT try and appear as many as possible mock tests & go ahead.

No, you cannot pursue a post graduation course with an under-graduation course. The eligibility criteria to pursue MBA is to be graduate in any discipline. So, you first have to complete your B.Com then only you will be eligible to apply for MBA.

BC : 700 (SF-3000)
SC/ST : 2000-4000 (SF-13000 to 15000)
*SF=self finance category seats
