Goa Institute of Management -Goa
D. Y. Patil University- Navi Mumbai
Jamia Hamdard University- Delhi
Lovely Professional University-Punjab
Tata Institute of Social Sciences-Mumbai.

I suggest you to do it from a reputed university or college. The college you pursue your higher studies will give the employer an idea on how quality of knowledge you have acquired. It sometimes matters from where you have studied. It is always suggested to research the best colleges around you and see the ranking, placements and then apply in order to not find difficult to find a job after your graduation. All the best.

If you have failed for the previous year syllabus, you have to prepare for the same not for the new syllabus. You will receive your paper as a repeater and a fresh syllabus student will write a regular paper.

I would suggest you that BBA will be much better as you will have good scope to pursue MBA after that, I can suggest you some universities whose business schools are providing BBA (check with them for dual or integrated) degree, as after BBA if you want to go for MBA some where else you can and you will have edge over the others. BBA will give you the overview and clarity for the MBA and will help you to decide final specialisation. Lovely Professional University, Christ University, Symbiosis University and few others also. They provide excellent opportunity that would help the students to grow intellectually and grooming

Your concern is absolutely fine as Gap in education or career is always have to be justified. But in case of MBA, if the Gap after graduation is because of the work experience will give you benefit over the others. I would suggest you some universities you can check in the same as in some the admissions are still open. For MBA you have to take the test and interview. In case you do not have the work experience then you need to justify how productive the time was used. Ahmedabad University, Ahmedabad
Jindal Global Business School
Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi
Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar
