The one in which you are more interested. If you want to study management more, then go for BBA but if you want to study accounts with business, then go for B.Com. All the best.

As per the data fetched from Government Portals by Admit, The total programme fees for the Flagship programme of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi for the 2018-2020 batch is Rs. 10,34,200
So, it may cost between 7-10 Lacs.

You need to decide your target institute. For Iims, it is mandate to appear in CAT for Xaviers' Institute, XAT is preferable. Other than these, most of the institutes accept MAT score.

Without an iota of doubt ABS, Noida. IMS doesn't even stand before ABS in terms of placability scores, administrative working, Corporate interface engagement and exposure at the SIP and Live Projects. 3-4 must visit to Industries, and much more to count on.

Placements in ABS in Finance, Marketing and HR specializations for 2016-18 batch were approximately 5.3 LPA as CTC.
Brands like HDFC, EnY, ITC, Nestle, ICICI, Godrej, Karvy, Bajaj Finance, etc. hit the campus for final placements where companies like Indiabulls, IIFL, ITC, Fortis, Devyani International, Cavin Care, Fortis and others bagged students for SIP.

There are many B - Schools in India which are providing MBA / PGDM / PGDHRM courses in Human Resources. Choosing the right B - School involves a lot of parameters (location, fees, placements etc) to be taken under consideration which may vary as per your own need.
If I specifically talk about the MBA (HRD) courses (not the PGDM / PGDHRM ones), you must look out for the MBA (HRD) programme at Delhi School of Economics (University of Delhi).
Location - Situated at the National Capital, New Delhi, Delhi School of Economics has a geographical advantage over many other B Schools having an MBA (HRD) programme.
