Hi Sarthak, I would be helpful if you provide with your percentile to us. This would help us to guide you or let you know as to which college you can apply. Note that admissions for PGDM are already on the verge of completion and have been completed in many colleges. You can now try for MS. Please provide with your percentile. Good Luck!

This would depend a lot on you and your career aspirations. If you intend to pursue research /academics as a career then M.Sc is the answer and if you want to move into general management area then MBA should be preferred.

I would say, yes, it is a good choice to pursue MBA in Germany because, considering the economic condition of Europe, Germany is better than other parts and definitely it's a great choice as Germany is one among the top developed countries. Here are some top reasons to plan your MBA in Germany:
1. Top MBA schools
2. Exposure to German Corporate world
3. Great Placement opportunity
4. Quality Education at an affordable price.

With 84 percentile, you may not be able to get into IRMA. However, since admissions are based on the merit, there may be chances that students with a score better than yours don't choose IRMA and luck may knock your door.
Be hopeful but keep other options open.

Currently, there is a huge scope of MBA for both the streams (Hotel Management or Hospitality management). There is no big difference between them. If you complete these degrees then does not matter whether the college offers placements or not. You must be prepared to face new challenges instead of seeing the notice board of the college. I never took placement from the college and I am in a good position currently. So, just believe in yourself and go ahead with your strong preparation in your stream and communication skills. Keep your CV updated and profile on the job portal.

To be successful in HR apart from the technical domain skills, you also need to have inbuilt personality traits. You first need to evaluate yourself and ascertain your personality traits and then take the plunge in HR.

Executive MBA is of duration (1-year to 18 months). The fee structure depends a lot on the ranking of the college. It could range anywhere from 1.5 lacs to 3 lacs.
