I'll suggest computer Science as the field has a lot of opportunities but instead of ECE, I would like to advise you to choose Mechanical, that too again because of pool of opportunities this Branch offers in many PSUs. In my opinion Mechanical Engineering is very versatile branch when it comes to getting jobs in both public sector and private sector. Rest is up to you.
All the Best.

Of course, you can do MBA after B.Com. Many colleges may ask for your entrance exam scores. One of the best management colleges of India, IIM is in Ahmedabad. There are several other colleges too it all depends on your score and field in which you wish to pursue MBA.
