Form BBD and Ramswaroop, go for BBD. Otherwise both are hell. Dont ruin your career search for more option if you have. If you go for BBD you will get some chances to learn new things . which will help you in MBA.
you can choose college according to your marks.

MBA vs. Master's in Finance. Those looking to get into a career in finance often are encouraged to continue their studies by earning a Master's degree in business administration (MBA). An MBA offers a broad curriculum in finance, markets, accounting, entrepreneurship and management.

You can pursue BBA after 12th but not MBA. For MBA, you need to complete UG ie. BBA/B.Com. MBA is a PG degree.

IB is International Business and HRD is Human Resource and Development. Both are different according to specialisation. Choosing which one to go for totally depends upon your field of interest. MBA degree is more valuable compared to M.Com. So, I will suggest you to go for MBA.

You can go for UGC NET and become a assistant professor or you may apply for any foreign language course. It makes a good combo of BBA and language. So, you'll get a good job in MNC.
