Hello Shivank,
No issues. If you've got less marks in CMAT, there's even an IITTM own entrance test. Go to their official website and you can register with exam and later on, you'll be shortlisted if you score well and entrance exam will be pretty easy.

CAT 2017 AIMS to recruit students for MBA 20182020 batch at different Iims and other B-Schools of India which starts from July. So if you are completing your graduation on or before July 2018 without any back you should appear for 2017 CAT only, unless you don't want to waste a year in preparation. For effective preparation and score high in CAT you can visit SMARG, Delhi. You shall have learning outcome based coaching and most comprehensive mentor ship for all the stages of CAT and other admission processes.

The Student shall have passed XIIth Std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination at one sitting or Diploma in any Engineering branches with two years or three years or four years duration after the S.S.C conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination and should have secured not less than 50% marks and 45% marks in the case of Backward Class Candidates.
Admission is base on the Merit/Interview.
