You can choose any stream in bachelor's. Because in MBA, there is no weightage for specializations, which means even an MBBS student can choose MBA Finance. So, choose your career based upon your interest and your future goals.

To study MBA in UK, first of all, you will need work experience of 2 or 3 years. There are colleges which accept freshers but they are not the very good ones. You must decide where you want to be placed. As far as exams go, you have to take the GMAT or GRE and IELTS. GMAT is preferred over IELTS.

You need to check college websites or visit their campuses for admission notifications. Every college will also have their cut-offs and entrance depending on the course. You can refer to the course list below and filter out colleges in Mumbai based on your course interest and go through the process and eligibility:

All your degrees seem to be different and not related to each other, additionally you have an MBA and now you want to do Marketing M.Sc. Don't your already have an MBA in marketing and international business? The reason I am putting this because the university will ask you the same thing and if you cannot give a strong answer, I don't see any admission chance. Do remember that M.Sc. is mainly for research and freshers. If you have shown a similar career interest, you may get admission. You must also have good academics, percentile, GRE or GMAT score, etc., I will suggest you write to them.
