Yes, it affects, but the amplitude depends on college to college. Each college provide their respective weight-age on their website example IIM Indore gives very high weight-age to your past academics (even more than CAT whereas IIM Kozhikode gives a low weight-age to past academic record. So, you can check on each college website what are their weightage for past academics and prepare accordingly. This would help you to keep realistic goals.

Yes, there is negative marking wherein 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Entrance exams that need to be given are CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT etc. Also, some universities have their own tests. I got into Doon Business School, Dehradun through CAT.

Most probably, every institute in India conducts entrance for integrated BBA+MBA like IIM-Indore, but Techno India doesn't conduct any entrance exam the eligibility is only 60% in your boards.
