Hi Malvika, It is not necessary to have a work experience for MBA, people tend to do MBA just after their graduation degree, hence you are eligible to pursue your MBA degree without any work experience. Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST Candidates) or equivalent CGPA in a three-year Bachelors degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised University. No course guarantees a job but there are many courses you can opt after B.Com which have a wider scope. You can surely go ahead with MBA from a good college or you can also opt for some Diploma courses in hotel and tourism management.

There are no limitation of GD Topics.
But my suggestion is:
1. Updated on current topic.
2. Get data on abstract topic.
3. Knowledge on d-day topic.
4. If not updated on the given topic be clever at the time and say as much you can. Some of the topics are:
Cinema is spoiling the youth. Boss is always right.
India is a superpower- fact or myth?
Should crime scenes be shown on TV?
Intelligence pays more than smartness.
Best of luck.
