Hi,
Both of these courses have their own merits. Those who have a interest in the airline industry can choose BBA in airport management. The job opportunity is limited to the airline industry and on other hand after completing BBA in hotel management, candidates can join in departments like supervisor, lodging department, restaurant and food service department in the hotel industry, transportation companies, airlines.

After BBA, you can get job in Sales and Marketing domain, Export/Import supervisor, Entry level job in HR, BPO/KPO, Assistant manager in startups, Business associate, Business development officer etc. My suggestion is get some work experience and pursue MBA in relevant field.

Yes, its possible to join MBA course after B.A. Actually, you can pursue MBA after any degree since you just need to be a graduate. Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST Candidates) or equivalent CGPA in a three-year Bachelors degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised University.
