Hi,
Firstly, you need to complete Bachelor's degree in order to opt for any Master's degree, be it MBA/PGDM M.Com M.Sc etc. Thereafter, for admission in IIM, you must write CAT in order to qualify for the interview rounds.

Found a review given by student. It might help you. It's as follows:
I had done BBA+MBA integrated course from Gems B School. College is good in many ways. Its workshops and aptitude tests help students in acquiring skills required for today corporate environment. The placement officer provides various tips and tactics to crack interviews. The campus and the hostel life are totally rocking. There is a digital library access also given to all students. Thanks to Gems B School that I got placed as a Sales Manager from college.

There are different opportunities that you can consider after completing your post graduation in management. Right from managerial roles to consulting and even starting up your own venture, all these options are open for you after doing a PGDM course. Without specializations you not get the advantage as lie some other students but the door of opportunities will remain open. Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
