Absolutely you can do Ph.D. after your MBA. However it is recommended that you should to go for industrial experience prior to your Ph.D. It not just help you to get selected in some top universities but also help you to do some real time research for that particular subject. Hope this helps.

MIT is the best. There are a few changes in the admission criteria which I am not aware of. But on the basis of last years' experience, you might get admission with this score. Academics is very good at MIT, faculty is also good. You will have rural emersion, national tour, and international tour for different experience.

Last year the eligibility criteria for BBA was:-
1) Compulsory subject(s) in +2: English & (Math/B. Maths/B. Maths & Eco),
2) Aggregate calculation:English + Math/B. Maths/B. Maths & Eco)+ any 2 marks requirement for application 60%
3) Selection: On the basis of board marks & admission test (50% : 50%)

As far as the opportunities are considered, there is practically no difference when it comes to how the industry treats a PGDM or MBA graduate. If you consider 9 out of top 10 B schools in India, they offer PGDM and not MBA. Career growth is same in both and honestly speaking, at the level of Post graduate degree, growth opportunities are dependent upon individuals performance and not on whether it is a PGDM or MBA. When it comes to entrance level, the recruiter does not discriminate the candidates on his type of degree (PGDM or MBA) and also never during his appraisals / promotions or performance review, it lends a matter of substance
