In general, Somaiya Vidyavihar performs better than DPGU with respect to placements for MBA students. Somaiya has more seniority, better access to industry contacts, and is more consistently recruiting from higher tier firms. Also, being located in Mumbai gives all the students access to higher opportunities for corporate exposure and internships. DPGU is still new and in development stages, so their placement record remains in development as well. MBA fees at BMSCE includes the tuition costs that can go upto INR 9 lakh. Whereas the hostel fees vary from INR 1.54 Lacs to INR 1.82 Lacs annually. The admisison to the course is based on national-level entrance exams, such as KMAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ PGCET. It is a two year full time course.
