Placements: 95 percent of students get campus placements. The average package offered on the campus this year is 5 LPA. The highest package offered is 32 LPA. More than 400 companies come here to give internships and placement opportunities to students. Infosys, TCS, and Range are the top recruiting companies for our course. The top role offered by these companies is a technical developer.

Infrastructure: Facilities are top-class. Every piece of equipment is available in classrooms and labs. There are smart classrooms for proper understanding.

Faculty: Mentors are helpful, but sometimes deans don't listen to students. Courses that students study here are helpful for their jobs. The level of semester exams is okay. Students need to study hard to clear their exams. The level of exams is enough to test students' credibility and knowledge, so that they can answer questions in placement interviews, get jobs, and be hired by top companies. The DSA classes help students to increase their logical thinking, and students have to complete various projects, which makes them ready for group work, which they have to do in their upcoming life in various multinational companies. Really good facilities for the students in the classrooms as well in the hostels.

Placements: A good percentage of students were placed in my course, and the average package is around 8-9 Lacs. Top roles like data scientist and software engineer are offered. Companies like Service now, appreciate, uno mind, etc. Visit our campus every year, and many students get internships and jobs in these companies.

Infrastructure: Every facility for the students is well provided and well maintained in hostels as well as classrooms, a decent quality of food is available in the hostel mess, and a good food court is also available. There are 2 libraries one for the whole college and one specifically for the global students.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they have a good knowledge of the subjects. The curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Demonstrations are conducted in our course, in which students have to prepare well to crack it. Students have to score at least a WAM of 50 to pass the semester.

Other: I chose this course because I am very passionate about exploring new technology and applying it to our daily needs. The best thing about this course is the tasks, which cover every section of the content studied and taught in the classes. The campus life is excellent as every week, some events are conducted on the campus. Many scholarships are also offered, which students benefit from.

My college is the first to offer this course in North India.

Placements: We are the 5th batch, and in the very first batch, all students are placed. In the next batch, all are placed except three. The third batch, which is currently in the third year and has around 28 students, has 8 students already placed, and placements are still ongoing through the department. The highest package is Rs. 49,800 the lowest is Rs. 33,200, and the average is Rs. 41,500. Companies like Seaarland, Tomini, Energy, etc., are recruiting. In the third year, 8 students are selected for internships as Captains.

Infrastructure: AC rooms, a separate library along with the central library, Wi-Fi facility, and different labs are available for our course. We also have a swimming pool for our training along with various workshops. The food in the mess is good. Rooms are cleaned by the staff every morning.

Faculty: The teaching quality of faculty members are top-notch. All are certified captains and have completed their master’s degrees. Faculty for other subjects, who do not teach professional subjects, are also very good. The course makes students industry-ready. I would say the standard of exams is good, and the passing percentage is 50%.

The college campus is really great, and faculty is also very good. They teach from the heart.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in our course at the university is above 90%. So far, the highest package offered to a student from the college is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are MOL, Searland, Columbia, and Seaspan. Over 90% of students from my course get internships. The top role offered by the course is Deck Cadet.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. All the required facilities are available for both practical and theory subjects. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and all classes have projectors. Wi-Fi speed is also good. The hostel rooms are air-conditioned, the mess food is good, and sports facilities are excellent, with provisions for every sport.

Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and helpful. They clear doubts of students even if they have to do it multiple times. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good, and it prepares students for their real jobs rather than just teaching theory.

Those pursuing arts such as fins arts, culinary arts find greater opportunities. Recently our university got 4th rank in Best servicing (Hotel Management).

Infrastructure: A very friendly & healthy atmosphere is provided along with vibrant & resourceful infrastructure. The labs are fully air conditioned along with all the basic equipments provided. Hostel stay is comfortable+safe especially for girls. Also, mess provides good food with snacks in evening. Those who have food cravings need not worry as university have various outlets/canteen such as south Indian foods, la pino'z, burger Kingdom, North Indian foods etc. A doctor+ an ambulance is available 24 hrs in the campus. Football ground, basketball court, tennis courts, badminton courts. Each and every sports equipments along with playing area is provided.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, experienced in their subject they taught. The teachers in my course are really helpful. A 15-day session of 2 hrs each day was conducted a few days ago for my course making us corporate ready and to face the initial Challenges of corporate world. For engineering or MBA courses, this session is of 60 days. Passing % of every course is 40%. Exams are set to be moderate, not too tough not too easy. One get scored on the basis of Assignments, projects, Presentations and viva marks.

Other: My basic interest in reading and understand about human behaviour and psyche fascinated me to opt for psychology and join chitkara university. My batch is the first batch of psychology as psychology course is introduce recently. One get to meet with lot of people regarding different interests, hobbies. Extra curricular activities like modelling, acting, writing, photography, singing, Dancing etc. Have their own clubs and students are free to give auditions and become part of the clubs. Government organisations such as NCC & NSS are also there in university. Our campus is huge. Aids, gardeners, workers are responsible for keeping our campus clean n green. Events and Fests are regularly happening for hostelers and day scholars are given chance to attend late night shows and are provided with bus facilities.

I am not satisfied with facilities but placements and infrastructure are good.

Placements: Firstly, we will ship as cadets. They conduct give exams to promote cadets to a third or second officer. Through experience and another exam, promotion to chief officer is provided. Lastly, they will be upgraded to captains. More than 90% of students are placed. When we perform well in academics, sports, and other activities, we get promoted to cadet leader or captain.

Infrastructure: Internet speed is good in the hostel. Air-conditioners are available in classrooms. There is a library without any disturbance. All books are available in the library.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and good motivators. They are well-qualified. The teaching quality is excellent. All teachers are captains and chief engineers. They make students industry-ready.
