At GNIOT, students can study a two-year MBA (General) and MBA in Business Analytics and Health Care & Management specialisations. All these courses are affiliated with AKTU and taught by the Greater Noida Institute of Technology (Engineering Institute) and Greater Noida Institute of Technology (MBA Institute), respectively. GNIOT Group of Institutions offers two-year MBA courses in the stream of Management. The institute offers MBA (General) courses and MBA in the other two specialisations. All of these courses are offered in affiliation with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. The selection criteria for these courses are effected as per AKTU norms. After the completion of this course, candidates will receive the final PG degree of MBA from AKTU. 

For admission to MBA, GNIOT has prescribed an eligibility criteria. Those who are willing to get admission to a two-year PG course of MBA need to fulfil minimum eligibility criteria. Candidates who passed graduation with 50% aggregate in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. The institute has given a five percent relaxation for the reserved category. Candidates who belong to SC/ST category must pass their graduation with minimum of 45% aggregate in the same. 

Admission to MBA at GNIOT is entirely based on the scores of the national-level entrance exam conducted for the Management courses. Candidates are required to qualify for either CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ ATMA with a valid score.  Selected candidates are further called for group discussion and essay writing. Aspirants also need to pass the PI round for final selection.
