Yes, E-MBA students also participate in placements. The placement process for E-MBA students is similar to that of regular MBA students, although the companies that participate in the placement process may differ. Many E-MBA programs have a dedicated career services team that provides career counseling, organizes networking events, and works with employers to facilitate on-campus interviews and recruitment.

Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) has not officially released its CAT cut-off percentile for admission to its HRM program. However, based on the information available on Shiksha.com, it is estimated that XUB HRM program generally requires a CAT percentile of around 80-85 for admission.
As your CAT percentile is significantly lower than the estimated cut-off percentile, it is unlikely that you will receive a call from XUB for admission to its HRM program. It is always recommended to apply to multiple institutes and universities to increase your chances of admission.

Hello Mahesh Kumar, If you want to pursue an MBA, you can start by researching different business schools and their programs. It's important to consider factors such as the reputation of the school, the curriculum, the location, the cost, and the job placement rate after graduation. Additionally, you should also evaluate your own strengths, weaknesses, and career goals to determine the type of MBA programme that would be the best fit for you. Some popular types of MBA programs include full-time MBA, part-time MBA, executive MBA, and online MBA. It may also be helpful to talk to current MBA students, alumni, and industry professionals t

It depends on various factors such as your CAT score, academic profile, work experience, etc. The cutoffs for Baby Iims (IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, IIM Trichy, IIM Udaipur, IIM Kashipur, and IIM Raipur) vary every year, so it is difficult to predict whether you will get a call or not. Generally, if you have a CAT percentile above 95, you may have a good chance of receiving a call from these institutes. However, there are other factors to be considered as well, such as your academic background, work experience, and performance in the selection rounds, which can impact your final admission decision. In my opinion the MBA specialisation should be chosen based on 2 attributes. First is your area of interest and second is your capability to excel in that area. Money does matter, but in the long term it won't. Finance will make or break the company. Marketing is the back bone for the company. Finance if you perform well; you will move to the top. Managing the Marketing is more important than doing marketing. If you are an introvert - Go for Finance. If you are an extrovert - Go for Marketing. Getting a job in Marketing is easy compared to Finance.
