If you submit your application for PGCET and you do not submit fees, it's possible to pay next day or a week. Yes, it's possible if any reason you have to not submit fees like (technical error or something else)
Yes, if you submit your application then you need to go the head office of PGCET and talk to officer you do not submit fees for reason and request to please submit the fees
They have the authority to accept or not.

Yes, you are eligible for getting top B- Schools for pursuing Management MBA courses. However, entrance exams, GD PI and Work experience are the other factors considered in selection. So one subject failure in 12th will not affect in MBA admission.

As per my knowledge, BBA and B.Com. are both three-year undergraduate courses. The eligibility required is 10+2 in both cases. Due to their basic similarities, students find it difficult to choose from them. BBA or Bachelor of Business Administration focuses on the studies related to management. The course equips the students with managerial skills, marketing knowledge and related expertise required to get a job in some of the leading organizations. If I talk about B.Com. Yes, you can pursue BBA in airport management.
BBA Airport Management is a 3-year course for undergraduate students, they are taught the details of the management roles and work done in airports.
BBA Airport Management eligibility criteria for this course is that students have to qualify 10+2 examinations with minimum 60% marks scored in any of the streams. Students must also be medically fit.
BBA Airport Management Admission in colleges and universities select students on merit based as well as entrance exam. Some entrance exams are the SET, IPU CET, etc.
