Firstly pursuing not just MBA but any other PG programme in Germany is completely free of cost (except for a few colleges especially in Munich). All you need to do is pay the basic admission charges and you can pursue your MBA in Germany itself. But I get your issue that you may not be able to attend the classes as you may be working full time. Pursuing MBA in finance from India sounds not as good as doing the same in Germany itself. Congratulations as you are eligible to apply to LNMI, Patna. The cutoff for LNMI generally ranges between 75-80 percentile and 60% minimum in graduation. Now all you need to do is apply to the college and clear the interview round. The interview comprises 2 rounds. You've got decent marks. I won't say it is very good compared to the level of MAT exams. The answer to your question is YES you can get into decent colleges based on your score. Here is the list of good colleges to which you can apply. Remember you also need to clear the interview to get admission.

Forms are available according to the colleges. Various Colleges releases their admissions for in different time. You have to keep watch on the colleges that when they are releasing the for. And Cut off marks for the admissions differ from college to college.

ISB&M is better option than the ISBS as the ISB&M is having more campuses and also they are having good placement record with them. Campus of the college is also very good and also facilities are good for the students.
