Yes it could be a good move. An added advantage if you have studied Psychology/ economics etc. It does not matter much if you have distance degree. I would suggest you to appear for exams like CAT/ CMAT/ XAT and pursue MBA from FMS, Iims, JBIMS, PUMBA, Xavier or any top 50 b schools. Also you can explore about distance PGDM in HRM from Symbosis / NMIMS/ IGNOU/ Anamali along with a job. Also you can explore about LL.B. It could also be a good choice. Best wishes.

You should go for the specialisation in the area where you are interested. You should identity your strength and interests for the same so that you have clarity of your choices. Understand the skills set which is needed for one specialisation and work on that (be it finance/ marketing or human resource). Also, look up the job offers and salary intake in your field of area for better understanding. With these pointers in mind, you can choose the right specialisation for yourself.

Everyone is familiar with the best top college of Bangalore, first in the list definitely goes the IIM - Indian Institute of management, SIBM- Symbiosis Institute of business management, and XIME - Xavier institute of management and entrepreneurship. Apart from these, good MBA colleges are also considered as Indus business academy, NMIMS - school of business management, SDM institute of management, and Christ University. These are well recognised universities in India.
