The basic eligibility criteria of Common Admission Test CAT for pursuing MBA is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of marks (For General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste). For SC/ST and Differently Able (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%. The engineering students are much competent for pursuing management courses. Please SEE the students profile of top Iims pursuing two years of PGP course. IIM-A students profile :
1. Engineering : 74%
2. Commerce : 16%
3. Science : 5%
4. Others : 5%
IIM-B students profile :
1. Engineering : 72%

It vary from university to university. Generally 12th in any stream with minimum 45% marks. In many cases min. 50% or 60% is required. Business school like NMIMS require Maths. It is good to have studied commerce / humanities with economics in 12th. B.A. LL.B. Is also a good option after 12th which open a vast number of lucrative and demanding career avenues from judicary to corporate jobs. Best wishes.

Yes you can but an MBA from a decent University would require 2-3 years of work experience. You can look for an M.Sc. Instead in the field you're looking for.

MBA requires a prior work experience. For Masters you can go for an M.Sc. In Finance or something in the field of fintech which is in trend nowadays.
