ROI is something which depends only a fraction on Institute and majorly on candidate. I'll first recommend you to prepare at your best and give CAT once. Try to score 95+ percentile and get into one of the top B-schools. If it doesn't happen, then you start thinking about these B-schools. Now coming back to your question, let's assume average package of a candidate at ISB&M is 8 LPA. Now every batch is having a strength of around 200 students. Hi. Therefore the NC-OBC Certificate issued in 2017- 2018 is valid even now and you can apply for CAT 2021 with this. The authority body says that a NC-OBC Certificate is valid even if it is issued 3 years before but with a self declaration given by the candidate as per the format mentioned in the OM.

SPJIMR will accept CAT 2020 and GMAT (Taken between Jan 01, 2018 and Dec 31, 2020) exam score. SPJIMR will not accept XAT 2021 exam score for admission 2021. This change is applicable only for the upcoming admission cycle for the batch 2021-23 in order to keep with the timelines of shortlisting.
