Factor1 (NIRF ranking): Jaipuria Institute of management Lucknow comes in the band of top 75 b-schools in India as per NIRF 2020 ranking. Balaji Institute of management and HRD comes in the band 76-100. SIES is not in the list. Factor 2 : When it comes to quality of education in terms of faculty's (expertise, education, experience, helpfulness, etc. ), the course curriculum, projects and assignments, pre placement drives, extra curricular activities, campus life, alumni connection, and placements, Jaipuria Institute of management Lucknow is a very good option to pursue PGDM. Overall, keeping all factors in mind; I'd recommend Jaipuria.

Yes, you should get a call. Especially when the COVID scenario is still not over yet. Your profile, GD and PI will define your chances. I suggest you to give some mock interviews at IMS, CL or TIME, and prepare for the best. All the best!

I believe, the cut-off for an Executive MBA is the same. In many institutes, it is just an eligibility criterion. Your selection will be decided on the basis of your performance in your GD, PI, and relevant work experience. The fees of such programs are the same, it's just that you will be able to complete them within a year. Don't miss such programs, time is money. Gim, Wellingkar, IMT Ghaziabad, Great Lakes, are some tier 2 colleges. Tier 1 colleges have very tough criteria and the experience needed are 4 to 6 years, approximately.
