No, you don’t need to fill separate forms for separate exam sessions of SNAP. The SNAP registration cum application form has a field, where you can mention the number of attempts you wish to take. It will be recorded and you will be issued separate admit cards for each of your attempt. However, for each SNAP attempt, you will have to pay INR 2250 as exam fees. So, be very careful in deciding the number of attempts as the SNAP exam fee is non-refundable.

The SNAP exam is held in a gap of one week, so when you take the first attempt you get an idea of your preparation and performance. So you can prepare accordingly and take the next two attempts to improve your score.
