If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). The eligibility criteria for MBA at LPU is Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent and Interview. List of some good colleges for travel management-
IITM Gwalior, various IITM like Bhubaneswar, Kerala institute of travel management, NITM Hyderabad, various central universities like Pondicherry University, Private universities like LPU, Amity, Christ. It is more beneficial for student with hotel management and other related educational background. But I suggest to check on the pros and cons of this MBA specializations. As the industry is volatile and the specializations is very niche. Neverthless, it will be good if done from a Institute of reputation like IITM. Best Wishes.

Hello,
Your percentile is also taken into account during the admission process at B-Schools. A percentile above 60 is considered good. Check out Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai. It's a renowned B-School in South India with a great campus, vibrant faculty team and excellent placements. Feel free to contact me for more information. All the best !!
