Hello Vidhisha, Good to hear that you are clear about where you want to study. Trust that you have identified the universities you want to study at and have applied for the same. If you have not been able to complete the same till now, consider completing a year or two in a good Indian university that has curriculum adopted to globally accepted standards, and then take a transfer to complete your final year in an international university abroad. While taking a lateral entry, it is preferred that you choose the course that is the closest to the subjects that you already have cleared so that credits can be mapped, thereby increasing your chances of clearing the eligibility criteria. Although BBA and B.Com (Hons) are related, however BBA has a broader range of subjects vis-a-vis a B.Com (Hons) which is rather focused. Nonetheless, it is important to consider the criteria for lateral admission while applying to a particular course. There is no reservation in Rajagiri. There is only general category. So the minimum marks are enough to apply but anything above that will increase your chances to shortlisted.

Hi Lydia. OPENMAT is a national level entrance exam for admissions to MBA/PGDM courses offered at School of Management Studies, IGNOU. OPENMAT exam is conducted twice a year I. e. in July and January. OPENMAT scores of one session are valid for one year I. e. If the exam is held in July then the same score can be used for January and July (the following year) and, likewise, OPENMAT exam held in January-February can be used for July and January next year.
