B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or Colleges. As you have mentioned that you want to teach management, the subject is taught either in the higher secondary level or in colleges offering degree programs. Therefore, in order to be eligible to teach in HS level, you must hold a Masters degree. Apart from that, you will also have to qualify Teacher Eligibility Test conducted State as well as on National Level.

Dear student, first of all let it be clear that MBA is related to the business and management. So, choosing a right specialisation will make your career valuable. According to me, if you have to pursue MBA then you can go with the Operations specialisation. It is totally related to the industry or factory and your B.E is also related to this.

Hii there, if you want yourself in the teaching job then after the MBA, you can go Harappa education certification courses, course era, edx etc. And select the courses according to the teaching preference.

You can opt marketing in BIMHRD but for getting BIMM you will have to apply later again after admission & based on your application it will be decided later by HPC. 50-50 probability.

Keeping the placement opportunities in consideration MBA may be the best choice if done from a reputed B-School. The placement statistics of top B-Schools are very high (Above 95%) in comparison to other courses you asked.
