I think IILM is the best option among these 3 options. While a lot of features like placement, location, affiliation, etc might be similar in all these colleges but where IILM stands out among these colleges is:
Globally Benchmarked Curriculum: The curriculum at IILM imbibes some of the best aspects of courses offered at top business schools around the world. Course modules are inspired by Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton Business School and IIM-A.

BBA is Bachleor of Business Administration is Bachelor's degree in business administration. In USA & Europe its usually a 4year programme, whereas in India it is usually a 3year programme. MBA would be a better option because then you are thrown to a wider range of jobs. Moreover you can choose a specializations in the second year. The point to keep in mind is that the college should provide good training in such a manner that you are all ready for the for a B.A. Student, his level of confidence should be high.
