Many people would say that after getting experience, one must do an MBA as they get an advantage. But, doing a job before an MBA gives you an additional advantage of deciding whether you should go for an MBA or not. I did not want to do an MBA, but looking at the responsibilities and work assigned to MBA graduates at my organisation; I made up my mind to do an MBA. Therefore, if you are clear that you want to do an MBA, you should do it as soon as possible given the fact that some companies candidates with prior work-ex, but then there are other companies who only want freshers.
