Do not run behind the package either. Give CAT and score better (around 80) for a secure sustainable job with good in hand salary. If not possible, you need to be clever to choose the right one for you through MAT and must know both side of the coin. As colleges generally show you the CTC salary of a placed students, which is not in hand, because CTC (cost to company includes TA, DA, LTC, Mediclaim, Insurance) check the in hand salary.
Secondly, do not get manipulated by the brand name of company (as you can enjoy the brand as customer may not enjoy it as employee) suppose you want to be a banker and get placed in reputed xyz bank. But, at the time of checking job profile or doing job you find that you have to sell banking unsought products like mutual fund, insurance sale, demat account sale, corporate credit sale. So, check the job profile of placed students and see is that your cup of tea or not. Be sure before investment

Hi, The below given information is a placement comparison between the 2 colleges, taken by the passed out students of the respective colleges. Doon Business School -
This year HDFC, Oyo, Jaro education, Markets and Markets, Gboxz, ITC, ICICI, Anand Rathi etc. Came into the campus. 150 companies are pipelined in this process. Generally more than 90% students got placed. In this year one student can accepts 5 offers from companies. Previously it was 3. Placement record is very good for this college. Specially for Marketing, it is excellent to join this college. Graphic Era University -
If you can crack the interview of placement companies like accenture, genpacthcl, and so on so, you will definitely get selected. Pla cements of other courses are also good but not in comparison to B.Tech. They provide 20 Lacs. 15 Lacs packages to their students. In other courses also at least 9-10 Lacs is offered.
