Yes of-course You can pursue. Even an arts or commerce student can also opt it. I completed my BBA in Finance in 2014 with Science background as you asked. So you are doubtful that whether it would be difficult or easy. Then listen, I was awarded with Best overall of the Year 2011-2014 Batch and again I would like to say, I was also a Science student previously. If you not determined, nothing is easy in this world. So don't think much, if you want to pursue BBA go for it. But before that decide, what would you opt for Masters because you will only one suitable option MBA. If you are uncertain about your MBA, don't go for it because you will regret after completing BBA as I am. If you get admission in BBA start preparations for CAT or entrance exams related to MBA (in India). Don't take it lightly. You must be prepared for MBA and ready to crack CAT in appearing or in final year. Don't waste a single year after BBA. Either get admission in to any college for MBA/PGDM or get job for at least 3 years.

When it comes to choosing a career, your college or course, don't choose what is most convenient. Choose what will intellectually stimulate you and motivate you to make a good career. In the meantime, you can join a host of extra-curricular activities. Who knows? You might find your passion in theatre or dance! College is a great way to find out what you really want to do with your life. You should look these parameters for deciding your college.
Infrastructure: The University infrastructure will support, enable, and enhance the work of its faculty, staff, and students. Its people and processes will be responsive and customer oriented. Its facilities and its information resources and technologies will fully support its missions of teaching, scholarship, and community outreach and engagement.
Accreditation: Institution and university should be recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India. Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Placement: Before choosing any institution to check the previous year records, which organizations visited for selecting freshman. Try to contact your seniors and ask about the placement, internship etc.
International experiences: International experiences are often a highlight of tertiary study, so be sure to find out whether the institution offers international exchange, study abroad and study tour opportunities or has an overseas campus. Sports and Cultural activities exist at both recreational and competitive levels.Facilities: Institutions will differ with respect to the creature comforts on offer, such as sporting facilities, student residences, eateries, libraries and student study spaces. Size is the big determinant, with large campuses usually offering a variety of facilities to cater for all and smaller campuses often having a smaller range of more specialised facilities. You should also look at the facilities on offer in your field (such as an on-campus legal clinic or moot court for law students).
