In order to test student's attitude Thiagarajan School management firstly conducts a psychometric test, where I was given certain cases to handle with which they can easily asses one's attitude towards a particular situation. I was necessitated to undergo group discussion which's purpose was to test my interpersonal skills. Then, finally Personal interview. The college considers CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT scores for admission in Minimum criteria for admission in 60+ percentile in CAT, XAT and 70-75+ percentile in CMAT and MAT. However, the selection is based on equal weight age to 10th,12th and Graduation marks along with GD, PI and WAT. So, even though a student gets below the stated percentile but has performed ed well in academics and admission process, He will be shortlisted for the selection list in PGDM and MBA program.
