Try to score over 99.6%ile in order to stand a reasonable chance.
Your classv10th and class 12th academics seem fine and graduation academics do not get any weight age.

If you want FMS then you have to clear CAT through merit then only you will get it.
If you want to do MBA then you can do it from any college.
