An MBA is for someone who aims for managerial position. But the reality in India is that 70% of students end up doing what a Bachelor's pass out does. So it's important to understand that MBA is not just about earning marks. You have to get yourself into a managerial mindset. If you ensure this and proceed throughout your studies, you can easily find a good paying job by the end of your studies.

Define your experience. It should be in the realm of senior or managerial level. For such candidates executive MBA would be a great choice. Junior staffs are better doing regular MBA.
