you can apply for the course in your final year. Science students are eligible for all the streams. You just need to start preparing for the entrance exam now.

no for being a pilot you must atleast have maths and Physics at +2 Level with atleast 60% marks in each subject (this may vary). So if you still want to find career in flying you can join as a steward but not pilot.

I would recommend you to take HR as it is the most relaxed type of job. You can also take business analysis, it is also good. Hospitality Management is in demand these days but I don't like the work profile, though it depends upon person to person.
