Considering MBA, you must give CAT exam as it is most prestigious exam in India. And, for stream you can opt as per your interest, and in my suggestion you should choose marketing.

Hello,
It is not possible to pursue MBA after completing Diploma in Electronics & Communication. To pursue MBA, basic eligibility criteria for MBA is that, candidate have to qualify Bachelor's degree with at least 55 percentage.

Hello,
Definitely not. The subjects which are compulsorily embedded in you course-syllabus can never be dropped or crossed out. Those subjects are the basis on which you will receive your respective degree. The Seminar Papers (Optional Subjects in IPU Syllabus), might be dropped by you, but for a limited time only. After a certain time, when the registration is done for your semester end admit-card, then even those could not be changed. Now, I have no idea if they have such Seminar Papers in BBA Course, but in BBA LLB. We do have such Seminar Papers from sixth Semester onwards.
