This would depend a lot on your long term career goals. If you intend migrate overseas then Canada/ Australia are better options as the government rules are more flexible in terms of work opportunities post MBA. Financially as well, Canada / Australia would be cheaper compared to UK/USA. If you intend to return to India to pursue a career then it is advisable that you pursue MBA from any of the top 20 MBA institutes.

So, if you are planning to rise through the ranks in your career, doing a management course is a must. But, it's upto you which specialization you want to take.

An MBA with a specialization in quality focuses on operations and output, leading to careers in the supply chain or operations management fields. A communications focus emphasizes the human side of the business equation and leads to careers in fields such as marketing or public relations. Many MBA programs offer flexibility in terms of scheduling to meet the varied needs of full-time and part-time students. A master's degree in business administration takes two years to complete.
