In order to get into HR, I would suggest you do certain number of certification programs and do internships as well, another option would be to do MBA HR.

Hi,
Sorry, but since you are not a graduate so you are not eligible to take admission to MBA.
The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.

Trend changes as the difficulty level of PGCET paper and also as it's a competitive exam, your comparator's scores also matter, because if this year's question paper is easy then you must score more than 50% According to me.

This would depend a lot on your personality traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like traveling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference & if you are a peoples person wherein you like counseling people and act as an advisory & wants a desk top job bonded by rules & regulations then HRM will be exciting, if you are god in nos & keen in equity markets then Finance will be a good option so do evaluate your inherent personality traits and then take a call.

You need to have work experience of minimum 3 years for enrollment into distance MBA. So first pick up a work assignment and post gaining work experience explore distance MBA. However, you can prepare for CAT and seek admission into full time MBA based on your open test marks. Just keep in mind you need to be a graduate with minimum 50% marks at the graduation exam.

MBA is a PG programme, so you need to be a graduate to pursue it. Since you are only a Diploma holder I am afraid you will not be able to pursue MBA.
