MMS is a general management program affiliated to the University of Mumbai. It has four semesters spanning over a period of two years. "Operations" is in their syllabus.
Admission:
Admissions to the 2 year full time MMS Degree Program takes place through the centralized admission procedure laid down by the DTE Mumbai, Maharashtra State.
Eligibility:
Final year appearing or Minimum 50% Marks in Graduation (10+2+3) any stream or B.E. and Compulsory cleared Entrance Test -CET, CAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, and MAT).

N L Dalmia is the best-known college in Mumbai. As the CET score is good and there are chances of converting I would suggest you should go for N L Dalmia's Global MBA program. All the best.

You should score more than 50%-55% to get eligible for entrance exam for MBA.

Yes, you can do MBA after any undergraduate degree. You just have to clear CAT.
