Hi,
I highly recommend going with an MBA as it has better future prospects which will definitely lead to a good job and yes there are some colleges who offer direct admission to MBA but pre-requisite is that you need to hold a Bachelor's degree with 40% minimum.

You can do both, distant learning and certificate course. Certificate course will help you in enhancing your skills and a degree through distant learning will help in improving your educational qualification. Now it depends on you how you will manage your till and how you will do it. But, I would suggest you to do certificate course first because that'll help you in learning new skills and enhance your experience.

FABS was truly an enlightening experience. Exceptional placements before admission and finest professors created the synergy needed for a perfect kick start for one's career. Hello,
At that CET score, you can try for the PGDM courses of various Mumbai-based colleges like SIES, Chetana, IES MET Vivekanand among others. Good luck.
