Generally, no college in Mumbai will allow you to take admission in 2nd year. Hence, you have to retain the MIT-Pune or take the fresh admission in Mumbai.

It is good to read that you have clarity in terms of what you want to do in future. Since you intend to explore permanent settlement abroad then you need to look at Canada, Australia as options as the government rules in respective countries are more flexible in terms of work opportunities post MBA & also are open to permanent immigration.
