50% marks at graduation level is the minimum requirement for seeking admission in MBA. Since you have only 46% are interested in MBA I am of the view that you should start working on a job and after 3 years of work experience enrol for a distance MBA, part-time MBA or executive MBA.

Yes, since you are employed you can pursue distance MBA or part-time MBA or Executive MBA based on the respective institute's guidelines. So, do check the admission norms on the institute's website and move further.
